*The packages include unlimited Xeomin units for one individual in the specified areas listed in the package during one treatment. Your provider will not over-inject any area of the face and has the discretion to determine the appropriate amount of Xeomin based on your unique facial features and aesthetic goals. A $100 fee will be charged for any appointments modified or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. All touch-ups will be subject to a $50 concierge fee and must be done within three weeks of the initial treatment. Packages can be upgraded at the time of treatment. All packages require sign-up to the Xeomin Xperience+ Loyalty Rewards Program. Packages are $50 more for clients that do not sign up for the program.
